Where is Los Feliz?

Between the park and the city

Los Feliz sits just east of Hollywood and west of Silver Lake. Griffith Park borders it to the north, all 4,210 acres of it.

That puts hiking trails, the Greek Theatre and Griffith Observatory minutes from home. Many hillside streets have views across the city. The flatter streets below are close to cafes, shops and theaters.

Six districts, one Los Feliz

The Los Feliz Neighborhood Council divides the area into six districts, A to F.Locals know them by their neighborhood names.Tap a district on the map to see where it is and what is there.

Smaller neighborhoods have no official lines. Their edges come from neighborhood and historic sources (The Oaks Homeowners Association, the Los Feliz Improvement Association, the 1913 Laughlin Park tract map, LA street-name histories and Wikipedia) and are marked when approximate.
