How long have you been helping buyers?

Can I hear from buyers you have helped?
Yes. Read our 46 Google reviews, and ask us for references at your consultation.
Which neighborhoods do you know well?
Los Feliz and its districts, from the Los Feliz Hills to Franklin Hills, and homes across Los Angeles County.
Who handles my purchase day to day?
Brandon and Sarah, personally. Once you are in escrow, our transaction manager keeps every date and document on track.

We study what the home is worth before you offer. Then we shape the price and terms to protect you.
Can you help me choose a lender?
Yes. We introduce you to lenders we trust, and you are always free to choose your own.
How are you paid?
Buyer agent pay is negotiable and not set by law. We explain the options and put the agreed amount in writing before you tour.

No. The buyer consultation is free and there is no obligation.
What does ABR® mean?
Accredited Buyer's Representative. It is a designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. It takes buyer representation training and five transactions working only as the buyer's representative, with no dual agency.
