🍦 Scoops, Smiles & Community Spirit: Our Ice Cream Social Fundraiser for LAFD Station 35!

There's nothing sweeter than giving back—especially when it involves ice cream! On October 28th, 2025, Rooster Homes proudly joined forces with Jeni's Ice Creams, Cornerstone Home Lending – The Brothers M, and the amazing Dukes of Hollywood LAFD Station 35 for a special Ice Cream Social Fundraiser right in the heart of Los Feliz.

The event, held at Jeni's Ice Cream (1954 Hillhurst Ave, Los Feliz, CA 90027), brought together neighbors, families, and local businesses to celebrate community, connection, and the people who keep us safe every day. From 3:00 to 6:00 PM, guests enjoyed their favorite Jeni's flavors, laughter, and the joy of supporting a great cause—all while knowing that 25% of every purchase was donated directly back to Station 35.

❤️ Why We Hosted the Ice Cream Social Event

At Rooster Homes, our motto is simple: "When we serve, you succeed."

We believe in more than just helping people buy and sell homes in Los Feliz—we believe in building stronger communities. Our firefighters at Station 35 are an essential part of what makes Los Feliz such a special place to live, and this event was our way of saying thank you for their service, courage, and heart.

🍨 A Fun Twist: The Station 35 "Surprise Flavor" & Auction!

In true Rooster Homes style, we added a few fun surprises to the mix!

Guests got to try the exclusive Station 35 Surprise Flavor Combo, a playful tribute to our local heroes, and even take part in a special auction—with the grand prize being Dinner at Fire Station 35!

It was a day filled with generosity, laughter, and a shared sense of community pride that truly captured the Los Feliz spirit.
